If you feel like your mind is cluttered, busy, full of comparison, confusion, overwhelm and fatigue, it may be time to take a social media fast. This two week social media fast will take you from feeling stressed, unconfident, overwhelmed and cluttered to feeling relaxed, self assured, calm and clear minded. You will go from feeling super busy yet not getting anything done, to feeling focused and productive.

How to Journal for Joy

If you notice yourself feeling down, a little stressed out about life and complaining about all the things that aren't working out (school, relationships etc.), this one is for you. In two weeks, you will go from feeling bleak and cloudy to clear and sunny. Through daily gratitude and other journaling practices, you will reignite the spark to your joy and life with start to feel a little brighter. (Note: this practice does not take the place of seeing a licensed counselor, but it is a great help and companion to therapy.)

Meditating on God's Word

If your prayer and scripture study is feeling a little lifeless and like a boring checklist item, this one is for you. In two weeks, you will go from feeling like your daily prayer and scripture study is a chore, to feeling like it is a necessary source of rest for your soul. You will go from not being able to notice God's presence, to being able to feel and sit with God's presence daily.

If you are looking for a different way to use your time other than TV, Streaming Netflix and Social Media, this is for you! Here is a list of wholesome, old-school hobbies including how much time and money it takes to get started and to master the craft. List includes activities like: baking, knitting, calligraphy, drawing, painting, writing and more! If you decide to tackle one of these hobbies you will begin to experience more productivity and self confidence.

This two week journey will illuminate how you can discover for yourself, who you are, why you are here and where you are going. By the end of the two weeks you will feel more confident, self assured, focused and empowered. You learn tools for handling all of life's challenging questions and decisions.
